The company has been active since 1998 in the field of constructions, where we can construct any structure which will follow the overall budget and time frame. In detail the Construction Department manages the following areas:

Analytical Pre-Cost Estimation of Structures
We break down the structure into reasonable stages of work and then calculate a detailed cost estimate for each stage. We sum the cost estimates of each stage; add the expenses of I.K.A. (National Insurance Fund of Worker), V.A.T., contractor’s profit and cost contingency resulting in a clear view of the final construction cost per stage or as a lump sum.

Preparation of Offer Documentation
The Offer Documentation is drafted, in which the technical specifications of the execution of the structure are included (General Specifications) as well as the amount offered per stage or as a lump sum, with I.K.A. (National Insurance Fund of Workers) and V.A.T. analysis. (This service is FREE OF CHARGE).

Preparation of Analytical Offer Packages
This is an innovation of our company, which has been implemented since 2010. We have the opportunity to draft together with the offer documentations, an issue of technical specifications, where all elements that we pre-calculated in order to reach the final offer, are displayed in full detail. In this, we issue detailed plans for bathrooms, kitchens, wardrobes etc. as well as a full photo gallery of all offered products. This package is offered with extra charge and can be used by anyone even as a reference for the collection of offers. It is actually a detailed reference and comparison of offered services.

Daily Supervision of Construction
We believe that day-to-day supervision prevents possible weaknesses and failures of design or of subcontractors. At the same time, clients have the opportunity to maintain a personal daily relationship with us, which in our view – enhances the ability of the client to intervene in details that reflect the personality of the individual, their family and mostly of the design that we must follow.
